About
I am an Integrated PhD student at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata (IISER Kolkata) in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics (DMS). My research interest is Control of Partial Differential Equations (PDEs). More specifically, I am working on the Control of fluid flow models, namely, linearized compressible Navier-Stokes equations in one dimension, and related evolution equations, under the supervision of Dr. Shirshendu Chowdhury.
Research Scholar (PMRF, SRF).

Course Projects
Master’s Thesis
Project Title: Controllability of ODE, Heat Equation and Navier-Stokes Equations.
- The project is mainly based on proving null controllability for ODE and Heat equation and lack of null controllability but positive aprroximate controllability for linearized compressible Navier-Stokes equations in one dimension using method of moments.
